Odyssey Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 08.04.2025
By engaging with Odyssey services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These  terms apply to all users and clients of Odyssey, including participants in Odyssey Basic,  Odyssey Plus, Odyssey Couples, and any related programs or sessions.

1. Services Provided

Odyssey offers coaching and counseling hybrid services focused on relationship support,  emotional strategy, and personal leadership. Our solutions are not a substitute for clinical  diagnosis or mental health treatment. By booking with Odyssey, you acknowledge that you  are engaging in a performance-based personal development service.

2. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information, onboarding answers, and session content are kept confidential. We will  never share your data with third parties unless legally required. Communications via email,  video sessions, and phone calls are treated with discretion and stored securely.

3. Payment & Booking

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment confirms your session and  activates the onboarding process. We accept major credit cards and PayPal through our  secure payment gateway.

4. Refund Policy

Odyssey does not offer refunds for any of our services, including but not limited to single  sessions, packages, and programs. If you need to reschedule a session, we will  accommodate you with advance notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance  may result in forfeited time.

5. Insurance Policy

Odyssey is a private-pay service and does not accept insurance. All sessions are  self-funded to ensure full privacy, flexibility, and the delivery of modern, high-performance  support outside of traditional healthcare limitations.

6. Session Delivery

All sessions are delivered remotely via Zoom, Google Meet, or phone, based on client  preference. It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to a stable internet or phone  connection prior to each session.

7. Client Responsibility

Results depend on your level of participation, honesty, and follow-through. Odyssey provides  structure, strategy, and professional guidance, but your growth requires personal  accountability and active engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, language, and tools provided by Odyssey are the intellectual  property of Odyssey and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

Odyssey reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use  of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
